About Village of East Carondelet

The East Carondelet, Illinois Police Department is led by Police Chief Rodney Stone and is staffed by a dedicated team of ten part-time sworn officers who are committed to serving and protecting the community. Under Chief Stone’s leadership, the department focuses on maintaining public safety, enforcing local and state laws, and building strong relationships with residents through professionalism, visibility, and responsiveness.

The Police Department is located in the rear of Village Hall at 950 State Street, East Carondelet, IL 62240, providing a central and accessible presence within the village. From this location, officers work diligently to ensure a safe environment for residents, businesses, and visitors while supporting community-oriented policing efforts that reflect the values and needs of East Carondelet.
